Refund Policy – NE CREPS
At NE CREPS, all items sold are 100% authentic and carefully inspected before dispatch.
We only accept returns and offer refunds under the following conditions:
- The item is faulty
- The item is not as described or does not match the photos shown
We do not accept returns for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size selection
- General wear or use after delivery
To be eligible for a return:
- You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- The item must be unworn and in its original condition
- The original shoe box must also be in original condition
- Proof of purchase is required
If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the item.
Once we receive and inspect the item, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
If the item is confirmed to be faulty or not as described, we will cover return shipping costs.
